POLYCLEAN - XNI is the best stain remover of oil and other types and it acts as a scouring / desizing agent which can be used for polyester fabric and yarn or their blends. The POLYCLEAN - XNI disperses the oil and dissolves impurities so as to allow the dyeing effectively giving brighter shades. The dosage can be varied from 1.0% to 1.5% depending on the weight and condition of the yarn/fabric. The temperature should be set at 60°C – 70°C, and pre-dissolved POLYCLEAN - XNI should be added. It should be then run for 5 minutes and the dyeing process be continued. |

One bath scouring and bleaching of cotton / polyester woven and hosiery fabric can be carried out using POLYCLEAN - XNI 1.0% to 1.5% on o. w. f at boil for 60-120 minutes in presence of usual reagents used in the normal procedures. |
